Larry Tamanini is an American jazz guitarist and composer. He is the leader of the Larry Tamanini Group and is also involved in duets, solo works, and other side projects. His style incorporates elements of bebop and contemporary jazz, latin jazz, and jazz fusion.

Doylestown guitarist Larry Tamanini is one of the premier jazz artists to emerge from Bucks County since bursting onto the scene in the late 1990s as a young protege of Pat Martino.
Larry plays guitar from the point of view of the many jazz legends and icons that he has performed with while bringing a new perspective and incisive style to the history of great jazz guitarists from Philadelphia. With an immediately identifiable tone trained on jazz classics, blues, and his own unique tone, Larry combines the best aspects of vintage sounds with his own material to thrilling effect.

Lookin’ Into It was produced by Ian Kelly and Eli Ward and recorded by Jim Salamone. It was also the first album to be released on New Hope Records. Lookin’ Into It was also WRTI in Philadelphia's top releases landing in many top 10 lists for album of the year.
